Juice from 1 can sliced pineapple (canned in natural juices, not heavy syrup)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon red wine
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Crushed red pepper
Mix ingredients together in a cruet or mason jar. Attach lid; shake to stir. Pour over meat placed into a glass dish. Soak beef 3-4 hours. Grill meat over open fire. Baste meat with marinade juice while cooking; take care to always cook afgter basting, to avoid raw meat poisoning from the juices.
