1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
Blend spices in a small bowl. Add to approximately 1 pound browned ground beef. Add water. Blend. Simmer 5-10 minutes, or until it reaches the desired consistency.
Note: For best results, use fresh spices. I find that spices purchased in a bulk food store tend to have extraordinary flavor.
