BBQ Sauce

1 cup white vinegar
2 cups ketchup
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 cup dark brown sugar

Mix up and store in a jar in the fridge for use as needed. Great for chicken and pork. I love it on shish-ka-bobs. It is especially good on grilled cherry tomatoes. It's good on baked chicken or pork.... just smother the meat and bake at 325-350 degrees until the meat is done. Pour a light layer over the top of a meatloaf before baking. It's also good in burritos, especially if grilled meat is used in them too.
